These Terms of Service govern your use of Varu, an inventory planning application operated by Hark Co. By installing or using Varu, you agree to these terms.

The service

Varu provides inventory-planning tools that use Shopify store data, including sales velocity, supplier lead times, stock levels and purchase order information. Recommendations are informational only. You remain responsible for reviewing all forecasts, purchase orders, pricing, stock changes and supplier communications before action is taken.

Your Shopify store and data

You authorise Varu to access the Shopify data covered by the permissions you approve. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for ensuring that you have authority to connect the store and use its data with Varu.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Trial lengths, plan pricing and any applicable taxes are displayed in Shopify at the time you approve a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Shopify. Access to paid features may change if your Shopify subscription is cancelled, expires or is not successfully billed.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Varu available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every calculation will be error-free. We may update, change or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary to operate and improve it.

Acceptable use

You must not use Varu unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt to access another merchant’s data, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, or use the service in a way that could harm Varu, Shopify, suppliers or other users.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Varu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hark Co is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, stockouts, over-ordering, supplier delays or business decisions made using the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of Varu is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
