Before you install.
Does Varu work with all Shopify plans?
Yes. Varu works with Shopify Basic, Shopify, Advanced and Plus stores.
Does Varu change my Shopify inventory automatically?
No inventory is silently moved. When a PO is received, you can choose whether to apply the received quantity to Shopify. Incoming stock can also be sent to Shopify when your team enables that setting.
How are purchase orders sent to suppliers?
You can generate a PDF and email the PO to your supplier from Varu. Supplier details, products and quantities stay attached to the purchase order.
Can Varu account for seasonal demand?
Yes. Varu uses recent sales and historical demand through seasonal periods and your configured sale periods to make its reorder recommendations more relevant.
Is billing handled through Shopify?
Yes. Your trial and paid subscription are managed through Shopify, so you do not need to enter card details separately with Varu.
